Lexi-Data is the foundation of Lexi-Comp's clinical decision support architecture. This product provides patient specific alerts and referential content to support sound treatment decisions. Lexi-Data contains all the information presented in Lexi-Data Basic, plus more decision support information such as drug interaction checking (drug-drug and drug-food), drug allergy checking, therapeutic duplication checking, dose range checking (adult and pediatric) and more. This product is delivered in easy to implement formats.
Drug Product Information
Lexi-Data Basic drug database provides content that includes drug names (brand name, generic name, and common abbreviations), therapeutic categories, drug classifications, pricing, and standard or customized disease names that are associated with ICD-9 codes and other coding systems such as NDC and J-Codes. This product is delivered in an easy to implement database.
Consumer Based Content
Our clinical decision support information is available in a consumer friendly format via Lexi-Data Consumer, a drug database providing interactions, warning information, drug images, and patient education leaflets. This content is written specifically for the consumer audience.
Integrated Reference
Lexi-Comp offers the ability to integrate reference content from Lexi-Comp ONLINE, our trusted resource used at thousands of hospitals and healthcare systems.
